“We bought our bungalow with the intention of making it more suitable for my wife’s disabilities and I made a list of all the things that I would like done. "We put together our building project ITT out in June 2016 and had interest from 4 companies.  We invited the tenderers to visit and ask any questions in advance of submitting their response.  This was an interesting experience for us and in truth the selection process was more about who we wanted to work with rather than who was going to be the most cost effective.  Justin on his visit listened and offered solutions whilst also showing he was keen to win the business.  We felt we would be able to work with Justin and 6 months later upon completion of the works we are pleased we chose the right contractor.  Works started in September 2016 and are now fully completed.  Like probably every building project the customer is prone to changing or adding to the project and we certainly made some additions and changes along the way.  Communication and project management has been excellent throughout the project and we always knew what was planned and when it was going to take place.  Justin works with a team of plumbers, electricians, tilers and plasterers all of whom, along with his regular guys, were a pleasure to get on with and they all did an excellent job on our project.  I am sure that JP Hale will continue to do well in this space, we are extremely pleased with the works and the transformation it has made to our house and cannot recommend J P Hale highly enough".

"I was very pleased with the quality of the work carried out by J P Hale.  The initial job entailed re-designing and re-building some outside steps to bring them up to current safety requirements and give a cleaner, more contemporary look.  Justin listened to what I wanted to achieve and made pertinent suggestions regarding materials and function.  The work was carried out whilst I was away and my close neighbours remarked upon how clean the site was everyday.  The finished result has made a tremendous difference to the look and feel of the property.  Throughout construction, communication was good with both Emma and Justin.  Justin regularly checked that the work was proceeding in the correct manner.  I then decided to ask the company to carry out the next job I had planned.  This entailed clearing a small patch of garden and laying a paved area.  Justin was very helpful regarding advice on the correct materials and suggested 'Fossil Mint' for this.  The site was cleared efficiently and my garden pots were handled carefully.  The work was carried out with no fuss and Justin checked the work regularly and made sure that I was happy with each stage.  Paul worked extremely hard and the project was completed on time.  Having dreaded the whole process, I actually enjoyed each stage because it was so well planned and efficient.  From my experience, I would certainly employ J P Hale for future projects".

"We first came across JP Hale Ltd whilst 'surfing' Twitter and were immediately drawn to his website.  This professional site provides ample reasons to investigate further if you have a building project in mind!  Justin Hale quickly responded to our initial enquiry and spent considerable time understanding our requirements.  Our project was scheduled around eight weeks and we came to know Justin and his team very well during the project.  Justin is a very enthusiastic person and has a happy disposition which makes his 'downs' all the more noticeable!  He has clearly acquired a comprehensive knowledge of the building industry and can often offer 25 different ways of tackling something.  He has a great sense of humour and having one is helpful, a builder can often reduce you to tears, with Justin this is down to laughter! Throughout the project Justin was keen to keep us appraised of progress and ensured that we were entirely happy with the finished result.  Justin has surrounded himself with a talented team and whether they be architect or carpenter, electrician or plumber, brick layer of painter they all display many of Justin's qualities and all combine to enhance the experience.  Our job was completed on budget and schedule!  Having them here was an experience not to be missed and the finished result surpassed our expectation!
